Reading and working from “Chalk: The Art and Erasure of Cy Twombley” (Joshua Rivkin. 2018) and “Mythology, Tales of Gods and Heroes” (Edith Hamilton. 1942), I explored the ephemeral tracings of ancient and contemporary myth, often following Ariadne’s Thread to locate source material and inspiration.
